Come to nashville I'll make you some Scones filled with pumpkin butter!

My parents are coming tomorrow to help care for me after surgery. They both spent their Birthdays this month alone, so DH and I are making them a birthday cake (Butter cake with buttercream icing with white chocolate ganache between the layers) and celebrating with them on Sunday.

After doing the nutritional analysis - I will just say NOT Bariatric friendly.

I am so there. The cake sounds awesome and I can really use a few extra calories. Who would have ever believed that I would be typing these words. It still blows me away sometimes. :)

138.7, heading back down after treats in Chicago. Yay for that, and for the (so far, though won't pu****) fact that I don't seem to get horrible post-carb hunger after a small bender.

136.0 this morning, up 2 lbs in 3 days. Curious to see what happens tomorrow as I have not changed anything this week except adding a glass of OJ in the morning.

Cracked ribs, ouch! Hope he feels better soon, Mom.
