BM issues during maintenance?

When I get to that point or even before, glycerin suppositories are very, very helpful and work within 15-20 minutes. On rare occasions, I have used two.

If you use the Chia seeds, just be sure to count them into your daily caloric intake, even though they are high in healthy Omegas, the calories still count.

Also, make sure that your calcium has magnesium in it. This also helps. I also use 1-2 stool softners/day.

Also, a glycerine suppository doesn't hurt to get things going.

Thank you all! Got my chia seeds today and am going to get the magnesium also. I'll wait till the weekend to try the new products, just to be sure everything works well. I truly appreciate all of your advice.

I don't do anything special. I get plenty of fiber in my diet. So as long as I get enough to drink, everything is fine.

Since moving to maintenance I haven't had any problems requiring Mira.

Thank you. In the last couple of days I am trying to incorportate more veggies and other fibrous foods, so I won't need to use that kind of product. We'll see!
