Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday 9/15
123.5. not liking this trend.
today we are taking loads of stuff to the thrift store including my husband's 5x coats and jackets. sure makes room in the closet! as he says " we are getting rid of bulk from our bodies and from our home". he is still losing and i have been in maintenance for two years but lately have a little creep up. have been exersising with weights but I really don' t think i am getting muscles. oh well. diane
