Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Friday 9/14
134.5 this am, second time post-op I have been this low. I am finding that if I don't diligently eat five small meals a day I drop a pound over about a week. I added a shake, thinking about adding another since sometimes I'm just not home to cook.
Today I am meeting my stylist (sounds so weird to write that, like I'm some kind of celebrity or something) and we are shopping for new clothes. I feel guilty about spending so much money but when I think about the thousands of dollars I spent trying to cover my fat body when I kept going up in sizes I tell myself I won't outgrow these clothes. Not sure if I wholly believe it...still not used to being thin.

128.5 again, though that was after breakfast and almost 32 oz of water (then realized I forgot to weigh!) so I'm not sure how accurate that number is.
My life has been a whirlwind for the last couple weeks. Between getting bronchitis, semester starting, trying to keep up with school and work I feel like I may never have "me time" ever again.
At least food/weight is one thing I'm not stressing over... Reminds me to be thankful everyday for my VSG!

Ok, I checked- the snack bar I have is vegetarian.. I think the only one vegan is the cranberry, as the protein source is milk-based on some others.
It's more a high fiber/low-sugar supplement with some protein and a good dose of fat, so prob not high enough protein- but I like them for a treat once in a while, and for getting some good fats in me.. mostly nuts, fiber and 5 or so grams of protein in there..
