Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 9/11

All I do with yams, is to throw a couple in the oven for about an hour. Then, I just put some cinnamon on a small portion (1/4-1/3 cup)= Yummy. I don't cook much, either.

142 today, though I feel puffy fingered.. may not be holding much but today it feels like it all ran to my hands overnight. Trainer today, then off to hit some thrift shops in hunt of some winter clothes and jackets. Starting to get nippy in the morning and I don't have any that don't hang currently.

And I have a new baby granddaughter as of last friday!



So i was able to stay on program!

Congrats on the 9 lb loss and the new grand girl!!

My grandson will be born within the next 3-4 weeks and I am super excited! My grand girl is 10, so I'm ready for a baby in the family.

135.5 this am, holding steady. Yoga last night reinforced for me how stiff my shoulders and toes are. Looking forward to loosening up over the coming weeks!

Remembering 9/11 my own private way. I lived in NYC for 22 years and had many friends there, some on Wall St. Can'****ch TV at all today.

I am down a whole pound as of this morning  (167.4) so now only 7.4 to goal.  But is this last bit ever taking a long time to get rid of.

As for September 11, we will certainly never forget, but I agree with you Mom and will probably try to avoid it as well.  It might not be as all consuming up here in Canada, but still........

123.6 today. I try to stay away from 9/11 stuff too. I remember it all to well and always will. Will focus on the military and first responders who keep us safe every day.

Up, but still in the zone. I am not surprised by the slight increase. I spent the day wanting to eat and while I made a few small calorie poorer choices, most was just upping normal intake and I added a Quest bar. 

I'm struggling a bit with some days feeling like I am a bottomless pit and others having very little hunger. Not whining, but am struggling with consistency. I either seem to be in WL mode or minor gaining mode. Perhaps this is normal, but I'm not used to it yet and every time I start going up I get a bit freaked. I just can't seem to find my happy medium.

Still below my maintenance range so all is good!!

I'm sure none of us will ever forget 9/11/01. I didnt personally know any one who died that day but the images were/are forever ingrained in my mind. It still breaks my heart for all the love ones lost whether in the attacks or our military men and women who have since died protecting our country.

Going to have to find a healthir way to get more calories in. I got scared yesterday that I am still going down faster then normal so I ate a friggin candy bar and look still down from yesterday. I am so sick of nuts and the similar high fat/calorie foods. Going to have to find something though, right? That damn kit kat made my stomach hurt too Anyway, happy Tue all!
