Tagged them yesterday with a follow-up note, and got an email back just now from the office manager saying she was happy to hear from me and would I be ok coming in Friday for several hours to meet those that I missed on the interview, and to be shown around the front-desk responsibilities!

Slightly evasive what with the non-directness of an actual confirm-able offer, but I'm thinking unless I show up stumbling & stinky, that will happen Friday. I do believe I have this! I am so happy! Not that I didn't like my break from the working world, but it got old after a while, and the lack of extra income was starting to annoy me!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
