Sorry, I'm slow to get back!

Mini Meatloaves

1.5 lbs lean hamburger
1 egg beaten
a handfull of oatmeal
half a small onion chopped small
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
Salt and pepper
a few shakes of worcestershire
a few sprinkles of whatever spices I`m in the mood for

I push about 3 ounces into each muffin hole then spread a think layer of the following on top:

.5 cup ketchup
handful of brown sugar (splenda usually)
a few shakes of worchestershire
tsp garlic powder or minced garlic

I bake for about 20 minutes at 350, cool then freeze individually.

I use ground beef, but turkey would be good.  I`ve also substituted zuchini for the won ton wrappers for less carbs and I think you could almost do it like a meat loaf if it was dense enough, just change up the ingredients a bit.  Have fun experimenting.

Another fast idea- make ahead muffin melts.. I'd make these on oopsie rolls or low-carb bread though.

OMG those both sound devine!!  I'm going to make the oopsie rolls and eat it with the muffin melt ingredients.  Assuming this would work.

Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Something else to think about:

There's no reason your breakfast meal has to be any different from your lunch or dinner.

Yeah, I'm beginning to do that.  If I liked eggs better, it wouldn't be bad.  But to tolerate eggs, I need to add all the other goodies - bacon, sausage, cheese, hash browns, etc.  I ate orange chicken for b'fast today left over from dinner last night.   There have been some ideas on here using eggs that I'm going to try.

Thanks for your help!

I love breakfast food so I eat it for dinner. So, I figure, why not eat dinner food at breakfast time?

Take ground turkey/beef/pork mix in some sage and fennel seed and pepper flakes and salt and mix it together and make your own sausage.  Just roll it up or flatten like burgers, freeze and cook when you want to.
