Ok I need b'fast ideas too
Got a small blender (you can get one at Walmart for $20):
1 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk, creamier and lower calorie/carb)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup still-frozen berries (I buy them in bags in the frozen food section)
1 pack sweetner if desired
Blend. Like a fruit milkshake.
Prep time: 2-3 minutes.

On Sunday nights I make a breakfast frittata. The thing about frittata or casseroles is that you can put in them what you want. That keeps it different.
ingredients I have used:
eggs as base, of course
various peppers
various onion- usually green or chives
various meats- ham, bacon, sausage, italian sausage, turkey
frozen spinach- thawed and drained, ofcourse
fresh spinach
various cheeses- usually extra sharp cheddar, but sometimes others like gruyere
It only gets boring if I let it. I make enough for at least 4 mornings. Put on a saucer in the morning and nuke for 30 secs and that's breakfast.
When I'm in an anti-egg mood, I may do a turkey or ham rollup with cheddar cheese and rosemary or almond butter on toast.

I usually have a double-shot protein shake. 16 oz of fluid and 40-45 g of protein.
Sometimes I have a protein bar instead.

I make this banana bread recipe, and make muffins instead. I substitute the wheat flour for more protein powder, lowering the carbs and increasing protein.

I also make mini meatloafs in my muffin tins as well as lasagna cupcakes.that I freeze and take out
for breakfast.

Thanks for the banana bread recipe. I need to get busy on Sunday and cook up some of the great ideas I've gotten here.
