Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday 9/12
Im using a local guy. I did consults with three different surgeons. The one I chose didn't have the best office decor or a staff of models with perfect bodies, skin, and teeth. He did do the most professional exam of all three. He examined all of the skin, he palpated the areas underneath the skin to evaluate the underlying musculature, and took measurements.
I was most definitely impressed by the through dedication to a clinical solution instead of just a purely cosmetic evaluation. He also has most of his experience with bariatric patients and had the most men in his results kit. That was important to me - seeing 3000 pictures of perfect ta-tas and apple bottom mean absolutely nothing to me.

Up a bit. Thinking that it may be water weight from a weight workout on Monday. It seems, when the workout is heavier and my muscles are sore, my weight goes up a bit. I'll see how it goes. My eating has been okay, although, maybe a bit more sodium from eating some meatballs yesterday at a potluck.
I have found that my weight does vary by 1-3 lbs and often times, there really isn't too much of an explanation. I hope that you are in the process of stabilizing.

Today's new low (for non-sick weight) 140.6.
I am sore. We are finally dialing into the max weights I can handle each time. Reached momentary failure on several of them (it's a good thing) and introduced a couple new ones (ow.)
Last week was low and this week is the up week. It's my norm.
