Good to know Leah.  Were you actually able to comfortably run 5k at the end of C25k or did it take a little longer?  I can't say I disliked the bit I did last night, but that's only one go at it.  Time will tell............

I could run a 5k when I was done with the program, to comfortably do a 5k took me a couple weeks longer. I've re-run the c25k program a couple times and have added incline or a faster pace, it's been an awesome tool in my opinion.... And I like the nice British woman that tells me when it's ok to stop! ;)

135.0 this morning. Didn't work on my report at all yesterday so now I'm shifting into freak-out mode. My own fault...I used to eat when I was anxious but I don't do that anymore so I will traipse up and down the hills near my house tonight after putting in a long day at the computer.

187.4 today -  3rd day in a row of increasing.  I am not sure if it's Strep or Antibiotics or what.  My eating has been on plan at 1400 calories a day or less.  I have been walking even without running.  I'm still well within my maintenance range, the trend scares me a little though.

 

This morning I got a good run in.  Getting redy to spend a few hours witafter before he has to go to work.  Then probably mow te lawn and o some stuff for work tomorrow.

 

T-24 days until LBL, can't wait to be rid of this extra skin.

Wow mom! I'm sure it will find you again and that it's just a blip.. 

I woke to a lower number too, 142.5-  wasn't expecting that after last night's salty-meat fest.. had some wurst, and some frikadellen (veal, sausage & spices in a patty.) I didn't pound enough water though obviously.. and the frikadellen was too rich, kept tasting it all night.. but it was yummy~! I will try to remedy that so I don't wake tomorrow to a huge gain.

130.5 again

Went to the doctor yesterday, I have bronchitis (not really surprised). So they put me back on my inhalers and a double z-pak. If you've ever taken a z-pak, you know they're rough... And I'm taking double the dose. Joy!

Should start feeling better though, thank God! So I'm just resting and doing homework today, hoping that if I let my body rest more I'll get better faster.

121.5 today. sunny day here in paradise.  but i have so much junk to clear out of the guest bedroom over the next two weeks!  gotta warm up with P90 workout.  diane

 172 on the nose. Up a bit, but salty food yesterday. Have to push the water today!
