132.8

I think it's kinda funny how I can still drop a couple of pounds overnight when I eat on plan and get all my water in. This is a little low for me but I'm not going to do anything different. I know my calories were low yesterday because I slept in. They should be on target today because I woke up early.

Arghhhhhh!  Still 168.6. However, had a win on my end last night.  I started the Couch to 5k on my treadmill.  I have been thinking about it for far too long and not doing it so last night, I suddenly had the motivation to get on that treadmill and do something.  Hopefully, I can continue until I can run 5k.  I have some neck and back issues that may not like running, but until I try it, I won't find out.  I am not sure if I can ever "like" running, but again, there is only one way to find out!

I did a c25k program when I first started running. I used to HATE running, even at the beginning of starting c25k I didn't like it. Now, I love the feeling of being able to get on the treadmill and run. It's an incredible stress release (I blast angry music sometimes, lol) and runners high isn't a myth after all! Who knew?!

Good luck with your program!

Leah,
How long did it take you to like running? I keep trying, I'm good at fast walking though!

Today. 118.8
Being this low freaks me out. Underweight for my ht is 111 and I surely don't want to hit that HOWEVER my mind has been on weight loss mode for almost 20 years. How does one mentally switch that off?

It was about 3 months after I started. I literally forced myself to get on the treadmill at least 3 times a week in those 3 months. Then I realized I kinda started wanting to run on the off days, and soon realized that if I skipped any of my runs I felt off.

Start a c25k program if you want to try running. I really liked the "get running" iOS app, it eased me into it perfectly.

Good morning everyone:

STILL 3 pounds above goal.

Did an 1 1/2  hours hike yesterday up hill and down dale.  It was invigorating to be in the bush again.

Have a good one.
