Good morning! It's FRIIIDAAAAAAY!!! And not a moment too soon. It's a short week for me due to Labor Day but it seems like it has been a month long.

Looks like tomorrow's Walk From Obesity will be rained out. Actually, they might have it but I don't plan to drive for an hour to walk in the rain! We'll see if the forecast has changed tomorrow morning. Sunday's forecast is lovely so we'll probably go for a hike, though I'm kind of in the mood for a long bike ride.

Today's weight: 140.6

How about you?

Wish I could keep up with the guys in the p90x video. They are in crazy good shape. To think, I thought I was doing good being able to run a mile straight. I am getting a good workout though regardless just trying to keep up.

IT Project Mgmt going well and like always, the classes I thought I would hate I am actually learning the most. Implementing the lessons from this class at work. All is well!

No point in starting an exercise video that you can already do easily, right? I've never heard anyone say they could keep up with the p90x from the start, and a lot of people on my other site (myfitnesspal) use it. It'll push you to get where you CAN do that stuff, so hooray you!

Glad the classes going well.

Last two days of hubby's week off so we are going to do something fun - Don't know what.

I have had a sore throat since yesterday afternoon - feels liketonsillitis.  Probably going to the doc to be safe.

Hope you guys have a fun couple of days.

I've had a sore throat and slight headache the last two days. Nothing else, just that. Fingers crossed that it doesn't get worse for either of us.

This is feeling uncomfortably like tonsilitis - and that has kicked my butt in the past.  So I am going to nip it in the bud!

Thanks for the wishes!  Fingers crossed for you and I hope you have an amazing weekend!

We are thinking that we are going to hit some of the locals farmers markets on Saturday, then visit a shop for some cheesemaking supplies.  I want to learn to make some of our own cheeses at home.

Cool! I think you will love cheesemaking!! I sure did when I was playing around with it! If you really get into it, look around and see if you can find raw unprocessed milk anywhere.. it makes the best cheeses.

I'm hoping to find raw goats milk at some of the farmers markets.  I really developed a love for Cherve this past week!

Oh you & me! I love goats milk cheeses, fresh & hard.. unfortunately my husband does not like goats milk, or blue cheese (???!)

I bet goats milk fromage blanc would be wonderful too!

I get cultures through Leeners.com and New England Cheesemaking online. I really miss my cow-share..
