I'm freaking out and hanging in...
OK, not very original. But I hated baggy pants - could work with loose shirts but baggy pants, uh-uh. If that's triggery for you, get some pants that fit.

Now, I fluctuate between 8s and 10s, dependent upon how they are made. I can't stand it when I need to buy a 10! LOL
I have found that maintenance is harder than losing. I swear, the minute I hit goal, my feeble brain went right to ""Well you're done now so you don't have to do this anymore". WRONG!! It was very hard to make myself continue to do what's right. I still struggle at times and when I see the scale go up 5 lb, I panic.
I'm going to guess that you will continue to lose well below your goal - if you continue to do what you have been doing. I set my goal at 159 and got to 141 just by not changing anything once I hit 159.
