Absolutely! And I know you get my "vanity" pounds, too.
I am still amazed that when I go up a pound or two, it comes right back off again. That's such a new concept! So much easier to eat correctly than it ever was before.

105.2  and all is well.  I went out last night to hear a new and up and coming singer perform. She has a beautiful voice and I felt lost in her soft, gently sound.  She is young and beautiful and for a bit there I felt a touch of jealousy.  There is a part of me that mourns my youth and wishes that I could have experienced being in my 20's and 30's weighing what I weigh now.  That will never happen, and I need to just enjoy now.  Still, it makes me a little sad...

 Elina, I so get that sadness that you're feeling.  At 61 I wish tat I had been able to experience this level of 'body ease' in my 20's, 30's, 40's or 50's.  I try to just focus on the gratitude that I have for where I am today.
