Up some today. Was out and about at a show yesterday. On my feet for 13 hours. Had restaurant food for dinner. Probably a little salty so, I'm probably retaining a little fluid.
Gorgeous morning here. Have a nice day planned. All is well.

Up another three!!!!!!!!!

Now 10 pounds above goal whereas just last Wednesday I was three above goal.

7 pounds in 4 days! 

Not enough water.

Too much company and food.

Too many emotions.

Not enough mindful eating.

Visitors have just left and the correct eating patterns will start right now!

121.5, got a big day of cleaning and preparing for guests tomorrow. trying to run the self cleaning oven. boy is it grubby!!!!   since vsg i hardly ever roast or bake anythig.   diane
