I added some salad recipes on my blog

If you never go to the regular VSG page, you might have missed it.  I added some high fiber, low cal salad recipes to my blog on my profile.  All of them are under 100 calories, some as low as 60 per cup.  Enjoy.

In truth, I am now trying to gain a few pounds, so I use full strength everything, but you can decide what works best for you and adjust accordingly.

Donna, you have a standing invitation.  Anytime you get over to Northern California, just pop right in.  :)

Thanks for taking the time to post the new salads!
Been munching almost daily on either Russian Radishes (used greek yogurt) or Stuffed Celery for a month now. They've been my go-to veggies at dinner.

Time to try something new!

I am glad you like them.  The soups are great for late fall and winter, but salads work really well for me during the hotter months.
