1 year out this month & reached 1st goal last week

Hi there!

I don't usually post on this board because I need to get myself more comfortable with the thought of being closer to maintenance. 
I reached my first goal last week and now have about 8 pounds before I reach what I think will be my final goal.  I want to be a size 6.  I am a size 8 now & feel like I can stand to be a little smaller without getting too small.  I guess I am afraid to lose the curves I have if I get too small. 
Now that I finally surpassed my first goal, I really just want to get this over and done with.  I am back to following the vets advice with 600-800 calories a day.  I know I need to step up my workouts because I have gotten lazy these past few weeks.  I've got some personal issues going on that has triggered my anxiety so that has actually killed my appetite lately.  I've found myself forcing my meals down but I'm excited to be here and looking forward to succeeding in my WL journey.

Welcome Jenn.  I hope you know that you are more than welcome on this board.  Congratulations on reaching your first goal!  The 600-800 calories will certainly get you to goal quickly.  I wish you could do it in peace rather than have the personal issues going on at the same time, but I understand, ever since having the VSG, I tend to lose weight rather than gain when I am stressed.  This is new for me.  So I guess at least the stress can be used as energy to get what you want.

Yeah, I've got some major stuff going on but I am going to just let it ride while I can.  Seriously, now that I finally got to my 1st goal, I really REALLY just want to get to my spot now.  Thank you for all your encouragement & advice.  It is greatly appreciated.

Wasn't about your WL.......

Peeps should be here way before goal to get the learnin done.......

You can only respond to the 3 week stall few hundred times......

And.... I think your doing just fine ...... your engaged to the process !
