Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday 8/29
146.1, had a great workout yesterday and followed it with a couple hours of leisurely walking in the woods.. I think I'm going to make that the usual pattern. It was nice coming off the endorphin rush with just the squirrels and deer to keep me company! It had to be a leisurely nature walk as my quads were jelly and shaking too much to really hit the trails hard for the first hour..
I note that my BF is trending down both per the %scale and the fact that my lower stomach/hip area has changed radically in appearance in the last couple weeks. Measurements confirm it, so I must be doing something right. Interview tomorrow and I'm busting with nervous energy today. I think I'll channel it to cleaning something that I've been ignoring for a while.

Not exactly sure... I forgot to weigh this morning (GASP)
But when I jumped on the scale after I ate lunch it read 130.5, which is the same as yesterday. But I probably shouldn't think of that as real accurate since I'd just eaten and already had a fair amount of liquid for the day.
