Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 8/27

198.2 down .2 from yesterday but up .7 from Friday. Still trying to get down to the midpoint of my range. had a slight detour but all considered I'm doing quite well.

Family went to Amish country in PA on Saturday. We had a great time but ate way to many Pretzels, Fudge and other Junk.

Half day at work today, then I have a break for the rest of the week. My trainer has been on vacation for the past two weeks, so I have been doing more Spin and TRX classes. Since she is gone, i'm going to use this week to try out Cross Fit and a couple of other classes at the gym. Also, want to try out a Yoga class.

back up to 165.

Went to a dinner last night and the only thing could eat was the ham. 

( am gluten intolerant and other than the ham everything else was pasta and more pasta )

104 this morning, all is well.  Had a very busy weekend, ate half of California at all the parties, but it still seems to be working.

144.4 & happy about it. Considering the fun had and salt intake, this is a great weight.. I may actually hit 140 in the next 30 days if this trend keeps up.

Long weekend of fun finished with hiking around Chicago in the rain yesterday. I was a little damp, but had a great time and ate at a sushi place I'd been wanting to try for a long time. BEST sashimi I've had, nice drinks too. Stopped earlier at a charcuterie and got some wonderful cheeses, salami & some liver terrine.. so had nibbles of that before our walk, and dessert.. chocolate dipped little figs.

121.5 today. feeling fine and looking forward to getting to the studio today. so much to do. started doing p90 exercise program yesterday. it really wasn't too bad so i think i can do it. we will see if i can keep it up.   diane

134.5 this morning, my lowest ever, even though I drank loads of fluid yesterday and added protein yesterday to make up for Sunday's low intake. I'm happy at 137-138 so I may try to get back up there. I never would have thought that keeping weight on would ever be a concern!

I know. Who'd have thought the words "I wonder if I need to gain a few pounds" would ever cross our lips?

Hi All,

I weighed in at 168.8 this morning.  Up .2 today.  One of these days that scale better move down a bit more than it has been doing lately.  As long as I am eating less that my daily maintenance intake I should continue to lose weight right?  You would think so............
