Anyone experiencing low blood sugar with sweats, dizziness, vision, or higher heart rate??...Mine was recorded at 2.2 at work today. Hopefully it won't be an ongoing thing. It's happened a few times!!

Just once, but that was enough to make sure I carry a protein bar in my purse all the time. In addition to the symptoms you mentioned, I also felt nauseated. Not an episode I would like to repeat.

Is that reactive hypoglycemia that RNYers get? You can have it with a VSG? Does it happen only with sweets or with any carbs?

No, it was close to noon and I only had eaten 2 eggs for breakfast. No high sugar with a major drop.  I had been eating low carb for about 3 weeks. 20g to 30 grams a day. My body at 4+ years out needs more. Doctors said to UP them!!..I did a bit....
