136.5 this morning.

Step away from the ice cream, Mom! Can you add some liquid calories? A meal replacement shake or something along those lines?

153 this morning, I chucked my surgeons suggestion while on vacation, behaving myself and playing hard but not doing 1200 calories right now.

What did your surgeon want you to do? And what are you doing in its place?

Sorry you're body is going you the fits with trying to put the breaks on. Could be just a fluid shift? Time for some heavy cream in your coffee! I am slowly learning there are certain crap foods that make me feel really sickly for a good while, one is really good ice cream (grr!) so B&J's just makes me feel all o_O just thinking about it..

144.5 & cramping like a mofo today, joy. I plan to sit and whine for a few more hours, then I need to go shopping.. Tomorrow still planning a city-exploring day in Chicago.

I haven't had real ice cream since surgery, though since I hit goal I've had a small serving of no sugar added frozen yogurt now and again. I won't really have Ben & Jerry's because I'm pretty sure it would call to me from the fridge. I couldn't eat a whole pint at a sitting like I used to, but I'm pretty sure I'd fini**** in a couple of days. Slippery slope right there.

I drink soooo much (104 to 120 oz a day) that it's hard to imagine it's dehydration. My pattern has been 2-4 weeks steady, couple pound drop, up calories, level off, repeat. I think my metabolism is slowly speeding up because of my activity level.

Sorry 'bout the cramping. I never had that until I got close to menopause and then I was a wimp because I wasn't used to it. Feel better!

Mom, my suggestion would be to add in liquid calories.  I think you need to make protein shakes with peanut butter in them.   I would add in almond and cashew butter into your daily intake as well.  You might also consider frying foods in coconut fat, they will taste good, have more calories and still be good for you.

I am at 103.6 today, life is good but I need to eat more too.

Good suggestions on the weight issue. It seems like sweets stop my losses. 120 was too low for me. However, my hormonal flux made sure I went up this week.

I started my day off with a 10 mile run and I feel great. I'm training for a 1/2 marathon that is scheduled for the end of Oct. and I feel that I am ready for it. I can't wait. Have a great weekend everyone.
