yeah i know what you mean. but my  husband and i do have a dinner even if its a 3 oz bit of fish and a few carrot sticks. thats what passes for a mean. hubby likes a "dinner" . if it were up to me I would never have a real meal but do five healthy snacks a day or something like that. its kind of what i do anyway. about to have my morning one - gy.   diane

No idea what my weight is today. Stayed over at the boy's place and his scale is one of those dial ones that aren't accurate even if you could read an exact number. So I'm just not going to stress over it today (progress, right?!).

We had a nice lunch before some quick shopping before he had to go to work. I stayed and did some more shopping on my own, which I may post about more at a later time...

I also did the unthinkable... I ate a cookie. Like a real, full fat, full sugar, full of evil carby badness cookie. Not a great life decision, but damn was it good!

187 today up three, but my jeans fit better and I have been working out.  I am also close to that time.  I am guessing I will be in the low 180s once I get through the hormone flex.  That is a good start but I really want to be in the 160s.  I will keep working the program and trust it will all come together eventually.

Hope everyone had a good day!

Hi! It's been a while so I thought I'd throw in a quick update. I'm coming up on my 2 years since surgery in October. Now I'm looking into plastics. I plan on having a LBL at the begining of November and eventually a BA/BL and then medial thigh lift.

My lowest weight has been 145 and I bounce between 145-149 and have been for in this range for about 2 months now. I went from size 22/24 to size 4/6. I'm not trying to lose any more weight though I never really didn't "try" too hard since I do a lot of physical acitivy. I'm a housekeeper and work about 12 hours a week and dance for 2 hours.

Today wasn't great for eating but it's not too far off from a typical work day where I'm on the go from 8am till 10pm.

Sausage biscuit
Coffee cream/spenda
Corndog
Coffee cream/spenda
Salad w/ broccoli, bacon, peppers, and spinach + blue cheese dressing
Cheese + 4 crackers
Coffee cream/spenda
1 small soft pretzel
1 small ice cream cone

Estimated calories about 1400-1600 carbs 140 protien 70
Activity 5 hours of housekeeping + 1 hour of dancing = 1240 burned
