VSG on 05/31/11 with
127 even today. That puts me back in the low end of my range **not so secret happy dance**

Did my longest run ever yesterday, pretty damn proud of myself! So much so I want to run again today, but the training program I'm doing says to make today a rest day... Sigh. And I'll probably be wiped out by the time I'm off work tonight anyway.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

104 today.  This is a bit on the low end of my scale, I blame Alan's Middle Eastern soup with wild mushrooms.  I can't seem to get enough of it and it has very little calories.  I need to mix things up to keep my calories up.  Also, our friend went fishing again and caught 37 tuna.  We now have more fresh tuna than I will ever be able to eat.  Alan is making Ciappino, tuna steaks and tuna salad.  I think we will be eating some form of tuna for days.

122. guess thats about normal. but while i am below my 125 danger number, i have crept up 3 pounds from what was my low weight for quite some time. not sure if this is a bad trend or just where i need to be. will have to consult the guru.   diane

143.1, heading down.. I'll take it. Been tracking the BF on my scale, one more day to go then I can average the week and see what's what. Figure taking the weekly average is best due to daily fluctuations..

House cleaning, bedroom cleaning.. moving furniture - all on the plan for later, then off to pizza party/dog party tonight. Bringing my own LC pizza to grill. Been a social whirl the last few days from thurs to sun have plans every night.. so far, doing pretty good with being social and not totally blowing it! Hoorah!

Just a Conair/WW digital impedance (foot sensors) scale.. but it lined up very, very closely in numbers with the BodPod I had a week or so ago.. It shifts a bit due to hydration, but I jump on every day, same time.. and pretty much have a standard routine eating plan anymore.. so unless I go crazy with salt or have my hormonal bloat thing happening, things seem fairly stable. I'm using it to track trends between my BodPod checks (next one will likely be 6mo or more away... if at all.)
