Good morning and happy Monday! Hope everyone is making a great start to the week.

Today's weight  142.8

Please cross fingers and toes, send prayers, swing chickens, whatever is your method: Hubs, who has been unemployed/self-employed for over a year, has a solid lead on a job this week.

How goes at your end?

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Don't like the number but at least it was consistant from yesterday to today.  184.4 yest.

 188.4 this AM.  185.6 yesterday.

Oh well.  Still in range.

On my end, upped my running again.  I had gotten to where I could do my course without my heart rate going above max, so decided to push the endurance a little farther.  40 mi utes of running non stop with a 5 minute warm up and a five minute cool down.

I hope it goes well for the hubby. Hard to find a good position these days. I will be in the same boat when I am done with my masters but will also have 100k in loans looming over my head haha.

Went back on plan yesterday. But it normally takes two days before I see my weight reflected on the scale. So hopefully today is the high point and tomorrow will start my loosing trend to get back to midpoint in my range.

Keeping fingers and toes crossed....

 Hi Mikey!  It's still a struggle isn't it!  No easy out with this weight battle.  Me, I'm 142 right now.  Need to get back to 136.  That's my goal.  122 was way too thin for me, hubby said it was like hugging a bag of bones.  142 looks good, but I think 136 would suit me just fine .  
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

As soon as I let the carbs back in, the weight goes up. The good thing is that normally when I go back on plan the weight comes back off immediately.

I'm afraid to pu**** I think that if I stay off of plan too long. The 160 pounds will be back before you know it.

Glad you're still around and doing well. I'm sure you will be at your new goal very soon.

156.6 again today.  Ate really clean and lean yesterday so was hoping to see a drop.  Oh well.  Sometimes it takes a few days... unfortunately I leave for another business trip today so that usually brings on the water weight.  Ugh.  All I can do is stay clean, lean and lots of fluids!!

Best of luck to your hubs, Mom!!  I hope it all comes together for him this time!

I know some frown on this but when I have to travel, especially if I'm flying, I take a diuretic. It helps with the water gain, salt issues and keeps my ankles from swelling. I always make sure I drink a ton of fluids too. But that has never been enough for me.

134 this morning but it's been a crazy weekend. I'll fix that in the next few days.

Prayer made in the job situation. I know how tough that is. Going thru the same situation as well.
