Hi Lee, I've been battling my airborne wheat allergy, and trying to adjust to the new lactose/dairy intolerance thing. It has pushed VSG to the back burner lately. I am maintaining though. I am getting the airborne under control. I'm seeing some improvement. The one thing that is really helping my immune system is pro-biotics. No more mask in the grocery store....whoooo hoooo!

Trish! You have had to go through so much with your wheat intolerance. You are definitely a super woman in my book for dealing with so many life threatening issues at once. My hat is definitely off to you! I'm glad you're able to shop without the mask now. You must be so relieved to be getting help. Please keep us updated on how you're doing!

Thanks Lee, it seems like many of us have issues and troubles not related to our sleeve that we have to overcome.......I love how we are all like family and support each other through our trials and tribulations.
