Good bye, old wrinkly skin!

A note to my abdomen:

I am standing here in the mirror looking at my surgical markups. Good bye loose abdominal skin, I hate you, I won't miss you.  I won't miss you either tankinis, you will go in a big pile to be burned. Thanks for stretching to accomodate 4 kids and a set of twins, but I just can't continue our relationship. You have to go, and hey uterus, your lucky you get to stay, I don't like you either anymore since you have outlived your purpose, but I digress.

Good bye, saggy deflated boobs. You have been a source of alot of sexual anxiety for me and I am done with you. Be gone. When I am in my next yoga inversion, you won't be able to fall on both sides of my face and smother me along with your friend abdominal skin.

And another thing, doctor told me yesterday that I don't need lipo because I have such low body fat because I have been EXERCISING like a madwoman. I mean, hey my ribs are showing for heaven's sake.

Goodbye flabby skin, I want to see how 'tiny" I really am without you!

Sorry, I needed to write this down and get it out, and this is my safe zone to do it! Surgery in 3 hours, thanks for all the well wishes, I will keep yall posted!

I am so happy for you!!! I can relate to the saggy abdominal skin. I can see mine, whenever I look down, when I am doing anything like planks or pushups. Ugh!! I understand completely.

Have a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.

Good luck to you!  You will be in thoughts.  Please make sure to keep us posted on your healing process and then I would love to see pictures of the end result.  I am contemplating a tummy tuck but I'm fearful of the pain, so let us know what the pain is like.
