Good morning! No neglecting the water, Rob!!

Today's weight 143.2

I ran yesterday!! Don't know yet if it's a long term omen, but the new knee brace I'm trying is actually allowing me to run. We'll see how my knee does with running every other day. I've always envied you runners - no matter how active I am, I always feel like a wimp because I can't run due to my knee. Maybe problem solved?

This weekend...a bike ride with hubby this evening, then a hike tomorrow. Running on Sunday. The rest is shopping and domestic chores. I have been spoiled - hubby has been unemployed for over a year, so he has done most of the cooking, cleaning and errands during that time. He still hasn't found a full time job (he does carpentry/home construction & remodeling), but his handyman business is spreading by word of mouth and he has been very busy lately. I'm actually having to do my share of the housework again.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Anyone who would call you a wimp has to deal with me!  No way that word applies.

Thats awesome about you hubby's handyman business.  My dad did that for a year while h was laid off.  Between that and flipping cars he'd buy at auction, he brought in good money.  You guys have fun this weekend.

I am going to mow the lawn before my walk tonight, let's hope I don't fall again!

124.5 Happy with that...Wimp?  No way Mom!  You're a beast!  I'm envious of all the fun things you do.  Where do you live?  I'd be passed out and flopping around on the ground if I tried to hike down here in Texas...toooo damed hot!  Although, at least it's a dry heat...LOL!

Wimp, I don't think so. That is the last word that I would use to describe you.

Half a pound to go! It just wants to hang on tight, lol.

I'm off with a girlfriend to the shore for the evening then the Meet and Greet tomorrow night here in Ct. Hubby due back Sunday so we'll probably do something together on Sunday when I get home.
Weathers looking good.

182.4 yesterday was 185 the day before was 177.

My weight always seems to swing constantly and I can't figured out what is water weight and all that but I am going to figure this out.  I do know that I am on a downward trend.  Last friday was 185.2 so that means about 3 lbs down for the week.  I think that is what I am going to have to focus on, the weekly weigh ins.  The daily ones drive me crazy.

Awesome job everyone.  Hope you all have a great weekend.  I have to go out of town on a business trip, but I usually do really good on my diet while traveling plus I get to exercise without kids at the hotel.  Yeah!  (I love me kids, but they are not exactly easy to take on a run with me)

Lets talk about your scale...and your floor. Do you have a good quality scale on a solid and flat piece of floor (strange but true, many floors in many homes aren't completely flate). Does your scale rock even the tiniest bit?

Just scale placement, or where/how you step onto a scale on a less than flat surface, can affect your weight by as much as 5 pounds.

I feel like my scale is pretty accurate.  My husband and kids use it everyday and they are all basically the same.  I am the only one with crazy weight shifts.
