My trainer kicked my butt and there is nothing left now.

You know, I read this earlier today... And then I went and just did the longest run I've ever done. I should probably learn from others mistakes, but I'm obviously thick headed.

I expect I'll be in the same boat as you later. But for now, I'm going to enjoy my runners high! hope you're feeling better!
