121.5 today.  on my way to old lady exercise class. i am always amazed when i read here people who run five miles or work out for an hour and a half. here i am doing gentle weights at the senior center to counteract bone thinning.  oh well, works for me.    diane

137.0 down a half from yesterday and in the lower end of my range. Also, I laid off the Triscuits (my salty Siren).

106.2 again today.  I really need to remember that vacation is over.  I went out to a Peruvian restaurant yesterday and although the food was great, I really need to concentrate on losing another pound. 

On another note, my trainer has been really stepping up the workouts and my whole body hurts today.  We talked about exercise all through support group yesterday, so now I can't get Dr. Cirangle's voice out of my head.  He kept telling me to go faster and longer and to push through the point when I feel I need to stop.  I have a training session later today, and I know that between the trainer and Dr. C's words, I am going to go all out.

Today's weigh in was 180.0. I think I went up a pound from my last weigh in, but I'm happy with where I am.
