Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday August 15
Hahaha, it is just more of an annoyance than anything else. I don't care, as I would NEVER date any of them. But, it's the fact that I'm "socially acceptable" now so it's ok to want to date me.
Side note: one of them said, "You look incredible... I mean, you look GOOD! But you already knew that, right?" and without missing a beat I nodded and said, "yup!" BWAHAHAHA

Reminds me of one time in college a guy tried to pick up a friend of mine by pretending to find a 20 dollar bill. He asked her "I think you dropped this?" - she didn't I was buying dinner bc she was flat broke. She just took it and told him "I Did, Thanks!". Next night she bought dinner.

147.1, heading down.. this is (if the usual happens) the start of my drop, down to my cycle, where I go back up.. I wonder if this will always be the way?
WTG Mom!! I would love to do that many real push ups, I still do 'em girlie! As far as the plank, my core isn't there yet..
My body got a wake-up call yesterday, named Kyle
He's actually a nice, and serious trainer.. went through the intros, got a "sample" workout so I knew the style of the way they work you (glad I used to lift slow earlier, it helped when going super-slow!- so much harder that way than I even expected.)
And.. today, my quads/glutes are comfortably sore, and arms and chest are that nice pleasantly sore-tight. That was the sample, this is going to be fun and I'm stoked! Something about weight lifting, especially like this is the best me-time, focusing on nothing but that muscle being worked, combo meditation and relaxation/self-competition. Beats the heck out of what I was doing at home, hands down. Tuesdays are the set days.
