Salty food and sore muscles from a new circuit.

Hosted a great club party yesterday. Had 26 over for a sit down BBQ dinner. Went really well. And I didn't lose control either - though I did have my planned indulgences!

151.2! Salty foods (lots of jerky) while hiking & camping this weekend, and I prob should not have weighed since I didn't get to it first thing in the am.. oh well. But that's my number as of about noon.

Love the body fat ticker. Great perspective on things now that your weight is normal.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9

My feelings are evolving along the way, so my tickers are too..

That other one was just egging me on to drop my cals way too far down into the discomfort zone, this is more in line with the way I need to do it. I have a range, and I'm higher than I want to be at the moment.. but I can still play with moving my little dot around, and I like being able to mess with a ticker for some reason, even if it's not where I want it to be right now!

I really like those Lillyslim tickers, you can make your own to track whatever you want.. pretty cool.

I'm happy under 130 although I don't feel like things are fitting as well as they should. I have been a little lax on the exercise front due to work commitments..  I have been logging my food, etc., and everything looks ok, there.  Headed to the gym this afternoon.

Didn't have a chance to weigh first thing this morning since I was out late and stayed with a friend.

Had lots of tea/water, a protein shake and some cheese already today. I weighed after having consumed all that and the scale says 129.5. Obviously not accurate, but I can at least guesstimate, and even if that weight were accurate, it's in range.

Made an awesome fresh green bean salad to go with dinner and I may make some food for lunches for this week later. Right now, I'm thinking a nap is in order... Then maybe a run.

154.2 again today. Feel pretty good after my 8 mile run yesterday (farthest I've run yet!). Some soreness, but no pain. Supposed to do 5 miles tomorrow... we'll see if I'm up to it. Sometimes the 1/2 marathon training schedule seems a little too advanced for me... this may be the first week I have to repeat a week before I progress. Either way, it's ok. I"m not signed up for a 1/2 marathon yet... just training for fun.

183 I was 185 yesterday so I am happy about that, but was at 160 before I gained back 25lbs.  I am definitely back on track and I will be checking in here daily for the help and support on learning how to master this maintence thing.  I really want to get to 150 as my ultimate goal.
