150 on the nose-
Car nibbling has only come up since surgery.. for some reason I never was a big car nibbler pre-op.. On the long trip back home from Wisconsin I nibbled the whole way. If I were the one driving it may not have been such a big deal, but as a passenger.. for hours, yeah.. I noticed the problem. Boredom here too.

159.8lb's
In my 150's now and still can't seem to get my weight loss to stop even with my calorie intake more than doubled. It has definitely slowed down at least which is a good thing. I'm not too worried about it anymore. I know I am doing what I need to do and do not look like skeletor. Actually I really like this weight range more than I thought I would. On top of that I run 3 miles 3 days a week and have a personal trainer 90 minutes a day 5 days a week so I am building muscle.

Ryan how tall are you? My husband is thinking about the sleeve but worried he might lose too much. He is 240 and 6'2 but diabetic and struggling to lose (keeps losing and regaining). Knee issues are making it hard for him to work out vigorously.

Sorry to hear about your husbands medical issues. I am 5'10" so I doubt he will get down to my weight however I see him being able to get to 185-190 or so which is awesome for a guy that is 6'2. Not just that but having the sleeve will help him maintain that weight loss which sounds like is his main problem. He should go for it! :)
121.5. thats more like it.
yeah boredom nibbling can be a big issue. i never realized how much i headed to the kitchen when i was bored at home on weekends with only yucky household chores as something to do. i find that keeping my hands busy helps.
for car nibbling i tend to drink coffee a lot. means lots of pee stops but its better than eating other junk. maybe books on tape would help with driving boredom.

173.7 same as yesterday.
Went to a late movie last night and had some of my partner's movie popcorn. 1st time since surgery. Hmmmm.... not a trigger food, but had 6 or 7 handfuls (to his freakin' jumbo family bag!). My fingers were already swollen by the end of the movie! WOW that stuff packs a lot of salt, doesn't it!!!!!!!
Mom, I get your boredom eating! I learned a little about that yesterday, too. I have to get rid of some of the party food treats. While they didn't bother me the day of the party(too busy I guess), yesterday was a low key, relaxed HOT day and I got bored.... I stayed on plan until late night and then did have a couple of chocolate squares after the movies and that was a trigger. So, cleaning out the cupboard today and sending the party food with Ron to work to put in the break room.

155 again, if I am being honest it's b/c I have been a off track the past two weeks, we are kinda "on vacation" so it's been street fairs, amusement parks and baseball game food for me. I don't eat like I used to, but the cals add up and what I used to think was "tons of walking" turns out to not even hit 6000 steps most time (like yesterday we went to the local race track for family fun day, and then from there we went to the Italian Fest, I used to be dead tired and want to die after that much walking, but according to my FitBit we had only done about 6,500 steps the whole day and I still had to go for a long walk when I got home to put me over my goal!).
