Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday 8/11
Yesterday: 134.6
Today: 136.0
Took the grandgirl to a dive-in movie at our local water park to see JAWS. It's been forever since I've seen this movie. Based on my weight, I think we had too much fun. Had a few crap snacks but spending the time with her and having a great time was priceless!!

same weight for over a month now.
life is good.
Still fret every day I am going to gain it all back and the latest evening snack will finally push me over into that horrible place again. Seem to be able to maintain on 1,100 calories plus or minus a couple hundred. Had a horrible Baskin Robbins splurge the other day and it had no effect on my weight. Sweated that out for 24 hours though. I continue to log everything I eat (even Baskin Robbins double scoop Butter Pecan Ice Cream), push fluids, drink no fluids at meals, limit carbs to under 30, continue to eliminate all wheat and gluten and white carbs, try to crave only proteins. I got rid of all the peanut butter and am now making sugar-free jellos, that I dip into now every night instead of the Peanut butter and jam on the side. I am very aware of my vulnerabilities and I am getting much better at differentiating real hunger from head hunger. I am now into a small size on everything. My weight has not changed much in the last month, but my body is still changing. My neck wattle (turkey neck) is now almost gone, as I have been doing face yoga, and my abd. flab goes down about 1-2 millimeters per week. Now that it is getting much smaller, the minor little changes are finally noticeable. My skin is still retracting! and that should give hope to any newbies!! I am 64 and my skin is still retracting. I am so happy for that fact and willing to wait it out, as it is very very slow. Some weeks my face looks thin and gaunt, then the next week it has filled out again. I truly believe the fat, over time, will re-distribute around your body until you look well proportioned again. I LOVE being thin! I do what I promised myself I would do after surgery---I try to do something every single day to either increase my health or my appearance. Some days it is just tiny things, but mentally it keeps me on track. Still appreciate all this board does for me and all my new OH friends!

Pretty incredible considering the terrible choices I made last night at a friends house party... Pudding shots... Oh sweet Jesus, those are dangerously delicious!
But I've been pushing liquids and eating clean today so hopefully no issues. But if there are, I knew the risk when I had those pudding shots, lol.
