147.8.. Going camping tonight! The weather finally broke, lots of rain and in the mid-70's today, I am celebrating with a camp-out, and lots of hiking!

 I felt so crappy this morning I was too lazy to even take my cloths off to weigh myself (yeah, it's that bad!), 155 full clothed.

Back down into range - whew! No it needs to keep going down.... New goal is to maintain at the low end of the range.

Stayed over at the new boy's house, so no opportunity to weigh myself.
