Up an overnight pound. Yes, I know it's water, and yes, I had an intense workout yesterday followed by 1/2 hour fairly intense cardio. BUT...... still 173 is the top of my range and I'm not happy about it. (consumed 1262 calories yesterday, so I know I'm fine on the intake side.)
I guess grumpy me has to get over myself!

My scale said 130.5 this morning as I jumped on quickly before rushing out the door for work (I was still late, ugh!).
So I'm right in the middle of my range technically, though if I'm honest, I like the lower end of my range... But I need to get over the stupid number obsession! I swore I would never be this person!
Yesterday's run was intense but good. Today is another off day (training schedule I'm following has me resting a day after upping the intensity) and then tomorrow is another "I don't know if I can do that!?" kinda run. At least my butt seems to feel a little firmer, or maybe it's wishful thinking...
