hi maintenance folks! might be time to join you?
hi all,
haven't visited in ages . . . trying to be a vet in the main forum. even i want to punch the occastional person (the bacon and english muffin at 2 weeks person . . . ) but i'm still trying to pay it forward, ewpecially when people are scared pre-op.
i had a consult for plastics today and it's a go. probably do it in october. my weight seems to have stabilized right around 154, not a dream weight for a 5'1" person, but if i can take another 24 lbs off slowly like a "normal" person, then that's fine. i'm looking like a curvy gal and waring a 12 petite -- pretty darn proud of myself. goodbye 106 lbs!!!!!! i know that's probably actually more than some of you ladies weigh, but . . . i also know you love me, so i am just telling myself that you are not going to judge me!
here's my plan: stick to the 1200 cals my NUT has told me i have to have, aim for 70 g of protein, keep carbs low, and drink, drink, drink. i'm definitely still perfecting this system! this is where i'm ducking the cirangle-salvos, LOL!!! all i will say is that i'm getting more careful, realizing that i'm waaaay out of the "honeymoon" phase, and enjoying how healthy and FAST i feel.
