Alooooooha!!

Michelle here from Kauai, Hawaii. Joining in as a 5 year post op VSGer. Just started working on taking off 20lbs of pure LOVE. Yeah right, it's the wine-ing and dine-ing that got me here. New man, new life, new family!!!!

Glad to be able to come back to OH.......

Can't wait to gett to know all of ya!

welcome. this is the place to get back in the swing. you can ditch those pounds by getting back to basics. read through older posts on this group. lots of ideas.
