Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday August 6
Good morning and happy Monday! Rainy last night and today here and boy do we need it!
Today's weight 143.2. Up a pound since yesterday, which I know is probably fluid. Probably optimistic of me to hope any of it will stick, but...I hope some of it sticks.
In today's news, I suddenly noticed this morning actual visible triceps. I have always had strong biceps and my shoulders have been looking decent for a while, but I would have sworn I didn't actually have any triceps. In the last little while, however, they seem to have gotten over their shyness and decided to come out of hiding.

I still feel kinda weird about the numbers today. I'm back down a pound but had this small disappointed feeling that it wasn't more. I'm apparently missing weight loss and watching the numbers go down more than I thought I would. So, time to focus my efforts on other things... I'm going to focus more on running.
I've been running for over a year now, but nothing super serious. Since it seems I need goals to work towards, it's going to be centered around running. Guess that means I can't have lazy, "I don't wanna" days anymore.

139.0 this morning. Up another pound since Friday. My intake hasn't changed, so it must be water, but back to basics today just to make sure. Got the fireplace primed this weekend, putting the first paint coat on today. Then repairing the fence, caulking around the doors, washing the car...my chore list seems endless!
