147.9, up. Well my water-pounding and couple hour hike in the woods backfired.. didn't pee it out! Been on plan, so I know it's water and will come off soon.. This is totally (unfortunately) normal for me, I easily hold 5lbs+ of fluids, when I was bigger, it was more like 10..

125.0 - Planning a cruise to Canada for October. Love, love, love being a thin traveler. A year ago I was miserable, hot and too tired to enjoy sightseeing in Copenhagen with my family. This year I went on a cruise from Venice to Croatia and Greece. What a difference. I could manage my own suitcase on a train, cobblestones and People Mover to get from hotel to cruise ship terminal. So grateful for the new way of life. Have a great day everyone!

168..... But not my scale. Not buying it! My ankles are swollen from the cross country flight (happens every time!), so I'm guessing this scale is off a good 4 pounds. Maybe I'll just wait till I'm home again to weigh again.
