Seem to be holding steady right about here.

Going away on a red eye for a week long "obli-cation" (visiting family back east). In the past I have eaten my way through this week every summer. Hoping my my new skills are strongly engrained and I stay vigilant. Leaving with my protein powder, Quest Bars and beef jerky in tow! Wish me luck!

105.2 today, and that's after going out and eating a very caloric dinner, wine and two vodka cranberries.  Alan threatened to take pictures and post, but I discouraged him.  I don't want the newbies to think that this is the normal way to eat during weight loss.  It was my birthday yesterday, so we danced until Alan had to practically carry me home.  We had a great time. 

My range is between 103-107, but I get a little nervous around both extremes, and prefer the 104-106 place.

Hello everyone great day today! 179.8 today. As long as I keeps losing I'm not going to stop me, I've started jogging and feel great!

HW:409  SW:328 CW:185-190 GW: 190, lowest wt:165;

GS Surgery date 8/9/11

145.4, TOM water weight is not my friend.

I am looking forward to this next cycle and working my way into the middle of my comfort zone.. maybe even down past the middle. Still trying to figure this out, and on top of that will be starting a heavier lifting routine, so I am steeling myself to not freak if I retain more water post-workouts. I am the human sponge, I hold too much water. *sigh*

 Oh  well I'm on my way to Maui.
Last time I posted I was 146 and then 144 and this morning I'm 142...
I am on my way to 140...I have been eating ONLY protein for 3 days now...
I plan on staying on this program until I get back from Maui...except for a glass of wine at night.
I am one of those people who has trouble with food when at home but when I am out of town or
on vacation I usually lose weight..change in routine and away from fridge...
Anyhow I am thrilled the weight is coming off and I hope to be 140 when I return ...
I will post next Saturday before I get on the plane...

140 is my lowest weight and my current permanent home...if I need to lose more to bounce back
to 140 I will but 140 is where I want to stay when It's all said and done...
I am amazed I can live on just protein...just like after surgery..I have energy...etc..
I did get headaches the first few days probably due to lack of sugar in diet...
I feel great....

133.8 again.

I saw Dr Cirangle this morning and talked to him about my 7 lb gain over the past year.  He suggested I stick with protein drinks for the next 3 days and then go back to the basics.  I've already started and hope the scale follows my new plan.
