Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday 7/28

Yep. Another early post. I don't trust myself when I'm heading out early on a weekend morning to remember to post this before I hit the door. I picture myself remembering when I'm in the car 30 miles away. It's much easier on weekdays when I have a routine...

Anyway, no idea what I'll weigh tomorrow morning, but crossing my fingers it won't be down again.

Happy weekend. How goes with you?

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

VSG on 05/31/11 with
130.5 which isn't bad considering the extra sodium I consumed yesterday and I'm having a faux TOM. I have an IUD and don't get real TOMs anymore but still get the symptoms sometimes. Oh well...

So I've been wondering, how large is your goal range? How many lbs each way? I'm curious and I think I'm finally starting to even out and zero in on where I'm supposed to be. Thanks!

My goal range is 5 pounds. Unfortunately, it's now 150 - 155 and I weighed 143.2 again this morning.

Ah well, off on my hike.

124...I would like a 3 pound range but I don't think that is realistic since I can bounce up to 2.5 pounds in a day so I think 5 is better.

My range is also 5 pounds. I've always had wild fluctuations so I would never be able to have a set number or a tight 3 pound range.

138.0 this morning.  I stay under 140, don't really watch the lower end as that hasn't gone below 136, although I suppose it could if I didn't eat for a few days--not much chance of that while I'm conscious, at least...

More of a concern this am is that I have had painful reflux twice this week.  I really do not want to be back on a PPI.  Hoping it's just a fluke.

Good grief!

UP another pound.

Food was great yesterday. But this means that it could be water so water I shall drink.

I live on the coast in a VERY small town and this weekend is Sea Fair. There will be a parade and the mid-way and general fun.

We will wander  around the beach area,  saying  NO! to all the food kiosks and then go for a walk along the seawalk and people watch.

Have a great day everyone.
