Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday 7/25
It can be frustrating to weigh everyday. I take a weekly weight on Sunday and use that as my weight for the week. I can look at trends and see, if I am trending up or down. I think that is why a range is helpful. Also, someone mentioned about averaging one's weight for the week. That might also be helpful.
Yesterday, I was up 1.8 lbs from the day before, with no extra salt or calories. When it goes up that much overnight, without reason, it is water weight. Same diet, but I had a workout with heavy weights the day before. Today, I am down 1.4 lbs, but I am learning not to drive myself crazy on a daily basis. Look at what your average for the week has been.
