Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 7/26
Good morning!
Today's weight: 143.6
Down a pound and a half since yesterday. I am perimenopausal and just had my first TOM this calendar year - I had forgotten about the immediate weight drop right after...so I guess I'm still losing. Hopefully it'll bounce back a little, but it hasn't since surgery so I'm not optimistic.
Off to eat a cookie.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Cutting back on carbs is helping. I just have to find a way to stay off them when my cycle comes around. I'm going to see if I can stay in the 122-127 range.

Staying within a 2-3 pound range this last entire month. I look different in the mirror--doing extra Zumba, so I think my silhouette is better even though those last stubborn 5 pounds won't come off. Hey Mom, your BMI is getting down there--hope the cookie tasted good! Looks like all us regulars dropped a tad these last few days.
I think I look best between 150 and 155.
