Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 7/23
147.7- outside my comfort zone.. but I know where the lbs are coming from, salt, more salt, & no bathroom time (TMI) on top of PMS bloat.. It's a good/bad thing that I cannot adjust my ticker up higher than my "start weight" of 145. I want to get closer to 138-143 and keep it there so I resolve to avoid the salt for the next few and eat really clean and stop being lazy with my fluids..
126.5 Up 1.5 but okay with that...I can bounce around as much as Tigger! I like your new picture Mom. Don't know how you did that 30 days...You're a SUPERSTAR!
