Don't know what happened over the weekend. Stayed on plan Sunday after being a little bit off on Saturday. Pushed water, etc... was up to 174 yesterday. Glad it's back down into my comfortable range today. Still, I'll be happier to be back to the low and middle of my 168 to 173 range.

Still missing my old girl something fierce. Thank God, I have the others here -even one of her daughters -to keep me company.
