Good morning!
Today's weight 145
Be advised, I am trying to add muscle to my upper body. In doing so, since I never wanted to get this low, I am comfortable allowing my weight to inch up as high as the low 150's. Don't know that it will, but if it does I'm cool with it. Only if I'm adding muscle, though, not fat.
How are you fine folks doing?

Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
