131, quite frankly, I'm amazed. I thought the two glasses of wine at the wedding yesterday would show up on the scale. And if I'm honest I didn't do very well on liquids either.

The beauty of all of it is that today is a new day, and I have the chance to do well on my liquids today and treat myself well after being a little lax yesterday.

151.5, my doctor switched up my antibiotics and I am doing SO much better. Ran for the first time in 3 weeks yesterday, did 9 total miles, ran 6.5 of them!

Wow! You must have been holding a lot of fluid!

So glad you're feeling better.

It was kinda insane, usually after a long run I am so dehydrated that I have to chug water just to get back to "normal" but I was literally in the bathroom every 10 mins last night. I don't know if it was the exercise, the change in the meds or my body just finally fighting this thing back into control. I am truly sick of this strep crap, I wi**** would get gone for good, but the doc said I could be fighting it off for a long time, I keep hoping this time will be the last time, but it keeps coming back like a bad nightmare.

I even went as far as to have my poor doggie swabbed to see if she is carrying the virus so we could treat her, but she is negative, poor dog had to have a giant q-tip shoved down her throat for nothing LOL

Do you think probiotics or Greek Yogurt might help to improve the gut flora?
