Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 7/19
1300 calories a day was the 'tipping point' for me. When I got up to that level, I got my TOM back and my face/skin started to look much better. As Gail pointed out, if you are very lean and in a big enough calorie deficit (because you've added in exercise, or in my case because I was exercising and still in WL mode), the hormonal imbalance is in itself a sign you need to eat more. My doctors and I consider 1300-1500 to be the lowest safe range I can go, at this point.

Hot Here. Still going for my walks in the evening since I can't run. Really missing my runs. Had a scare last night, suddenly started seeing double out of the eye that was operated on. It just got dry - all better this morning. Whew! The last thing I wanted was a dislocated implant!
