Day 28, two more to go.

Feeling somewhat better today, hooray. And after some pretty dramatic thunderstorms, the extreme HOT has broken. High in the low 80's today.

How goes with you?

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

Morning mom, I wi**** would cool down here although to be honest it has felt a bit mild with all the rain. Have only really had a few really hot days. Summer is not over yet though!

122.8 Down 1 pound, thank goodness the direction is down. Been worried I was stuck forever. Need another 3 lbs off.

130 this morning.

It's finally raining here in good ol' Indiana so it's cooling down here as well. Thank heavens! And we desperately needed it, my grass is a crispy shade of dead.

Ate some things I normally never would yesterday. And it didn't kill me. I was afraid to do it, felt guilty, but I survived. Not planning on doing it again anytime soon, but it was interesting to indulge a little.

131 - up 1lb today, but that's not unsual. It appears I am heaviest on Thursdays, "Jeudi Gras," after my Wednesday training session.

I will be on vacation in Canada for the next 8 days. My next weigh-in will be on the 28th which is also my 18 month 'surgiversery.'
