Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday July 18
Another scorcher of a day with a tease again (thunder, and maybe 30seconds of rain.) Everything is brown and crispy like a big platter of fried chips out there.. Feel sorry for the wildlife with no access to water.
145.7 today, heading down since I returned from the whirlwind 3 week vacation trip. I *may* update my ticker sometime, but I'm *really* stubborn and want to give it a few months to see if I can get down to 137-138 without being deathly ill this time!! FWIW, those that suggested steroids- thank you!! It really made me feel so much better from the bronchitis, so much faster than I would have.. still went into the vacation for week #1 feeling puny, but I didn't let it stop me from doing stuff! Whatever that ick was, I never want it again.. but damn, it did knock off nearly 10lbs fast, some found me on the trip, but it's not staying long if I have any say.
